Texas COVID Stories
As COVID-19 spread, we asked Texans to tell us how the pandemic was impacting their lives. Self-advocates and others shared their stories and ideas to solve challenges experienced by people with disabilities due to stay-at-home orders and other disruptions.
August Council Meeting

The 30th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act is July 26, 2020. Texas will celebrate with a series of free webinars throughout the month of July.
The TCDD Listens Input Form provides an opportunity for you to share your disability-related issues, concerns, and ideas. The online form is available in English and Spanish.
During the meetings, the Council funded new innovative projects, discussed challenges posed by COVID-19, and developed plans for future activities and policy work.
